Q: What should I do if I have not received my order confirmation?

If you haven't received your order confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, don't hesitate to contact us at smathuk@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order is in production, changes may not be possible.

Q: What is your return policy?

We believe in our products 100% and know you will be delighted with them for their qualities. That’s why if you aren’t satisfied we offer a full refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the products are in unused condition and still in the original packaging materials. All you’ll have to cover is the initial shipping cost.

Q: How long does it take to recieve a response from the customer support?

Typically, we respond to emails within an hour. However, during the BFCM weekend and Holidays it might take up to 48 hours to receive a response.
